Nano Learny
Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Nano Learny iOS app and its service (together, "Nano Learny"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Nano Learny.
1. What Nano Learny does
Nano Learny turns a webpage or PDF you choose into a short course ("learny") made of information steps and knowledge checks, and tracks your progress and streaks. You can also add ready-made learnies from the in-app store. Courses are generated automatically from the source pages; they are a study aid, not a substitute for the original source, and may contain mistakes or omissions.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Nano Learny. You sign in with Google or Apple, or with your email address and a password. Keep your credentials to yourself and let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the app.
3. Content you import
You are responsible for the URLs you import. Only import pages you are allowed to access and use for personal study, and do not import pages that are unlawful, infringing, or harmful. The text of imported pages is processed by an automated model to generate your learny. Nano Learny does not claim ownership of the pages you import.
4. Free plan and Learny Pro
Learnies, whether generated from your own sources or added from the in-app store, cost credits. A free account includes five credits in total. Learny Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store that adds thirty credits per month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Nano Learny: do not try to access it in ways other than the app, overload or disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do so.
6. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen. This permanently removes your account, your learnies, and your progress. An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account; cancel it in App Store settings.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Nano Learny is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be correct. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use Nano Learny after an update means you accept the new terms.
